Q: What are the advantages of having Pet
Care Service instead of boarding my
pet(s)?

- Your pet will remain in their own home where all the sights, sounds and smells are familiar.
- Your pet will receive the personal attention and love they need while you're away.
- Your pet will follow their established diet as specified by you.
- You won't have to inconvenience your friends, neighbors or family members by asking them to care for your pet.
- Your pet will not be traumatized by being transported to and from a kennel.
- There will be no need to rush home before the kennel closes.
- Your pet will not exposed to diseases, illnesses (ie. kennel cough), fleas, ticks and parasites that are common in facilities where there are many pets.
- Instead of being caged for the better portion of the day, your pet will have as many pet care sessions each day as you wish.
- Your pet will be waiting at your door to greet you when you return home instead of at a kennel waiting to be picked up.
- Additionally, our programs provide a deterrent to crime by bringing in your mail, newspaper and alternating lights and/or drapes which give your home an occupied appearance.
Q: Can I afford a pet sitter?
A: Absolutely! Our rates are competitive and we will
customize a pet sitting package to suit your pets' needs.
Whether you are at work or on vacation, you can count on us
to be there to care for your pet(s). We have found they
enjoy being in the comfort of their own home not deviating
from the daily routine.
Q: How far in advance do I need to make
arrangements to begin my pet care program?
A: We prefer to schedule your "meet my pet" session at
least 3 days prior to starting your pet care program.
Q: What types of animals do you have
experience with?
A: We have experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish,
rabbits, chinchillas, geckos, turtles, and horses. To see

A: We can provide references from previous clients,

Q: Are you bonded and
insured?
A: Yes - We are bonded members of Pet Sitters International (PSI)
& our insurance is underwritten by Century Insurance
Group and Travelers Indemnity.
Q: Do you need to keep a key to my
home?*
A: It is not neccessary for us to keep a key to your home,
however, most of our clients enroll in a monthly pet care
service (PCS) program. Clients who are enrolled in this
program allow us to keep their key on file. Each clients
key is coded and locked in a safe when service is not being
provided. When a client calls for service their key is
pulled from the safe and matched with the schedule of
service for the specified period after which it will be
returned to the safe. This program offers a convenient,
hassle-free method of ensuring care for your pets on short
notice when it is needed most.
Q: What methods of payment do you
accept?
A: We accept cash, checks and credit cards through PayPal
*NOTE: It is NOT mandatory that you be enrolled in a PCS program for us to keep your key on file. All keys are kept on file in the same manner if you so wish.
